Cancel Order
You may request to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing the order by contacting us via email. Please include your order number in your message so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Once the cancellation request is received within the eligible timeframe and the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund Processing
If a cancellation or approved return is accepted, please allow up to 7 business days after inspection for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
I Have Not Received My Order Yet. Can I Cancel It and Get a Full Refund?
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation within the allowed time window.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, eligible items may still be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
If you believe your order has not shipped or needs clarification, please contact us as soon as possible.
I Entered an Incorrect Shipping Address. Can I Cancel the Order?
Shipping address changes are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address without canceling the order.
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please contact us immediately so we can advise you on the next steps.
